摘　　要：面对心血管疾病发病率持续增长、诊疗技术快速发展的现状,本文旨在分析我国心血管专科护理人才培养面临的问题,分享心血管学科建设中专科护理人才培养的管理策略,思考并展望未来发展。With the current status of the ever-increasing morbidity of cardiovascular disease and the rapid development of diagnosis and treatment technology, this paper aimed to analyze the problem of cardiovascular nursing training, to share the management strategies of nursing specialist training in the field of cardiovascular displine construction, and to draw a blueprint of the future.
