摘　　要：目的:建立救必应益心片中救必应总皂苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定救必应益心片中救必应总皂苷含量。结果:救必应总皂苷在2.16×10-5-6.47×10-5mg·mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.81%,RSD为2.06%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确可靠、重现性良好,可用于救必应益心片中救必应总皂苷含量的测定。This study was aimed to establish the determination method of total saponins content in Jiu-Bi-Y ing Yi-Xin （JBYYX） tablet. The content of total saponins in JBYYX tablet was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that in the range of 2.16×10-5-6.47×10-5 mg·mL-1, the total saponins had good linear relation-ship. The average recycle rate was 98.81%. RSD was 2.06%（n=6）. It was concluded that the method was accurate, reliable and repeatable, which was suitable for determining the content of total saponins in JBYYX tablet.
