摘 要:为研究船用冷藏集装箱在部分负荷下进行吸气调节时的系统特性,利用所搭建的船用冷藏集装箱实验台,采用电加热器模拟蒸发器负荷,对箱内温度设定为10℃和0℃时,对制冷机组在部分负荷下的吸气能力调节进行实验研究.结果表明,采用吸气调节进行容量控制时,当系统负荷较低时(小于4kW),机组的制冷系数低于1,因此应尽量避免在该负荷区间采用吸气调节运行.In order to study on the performance of suction pressure modulation for partial load on ship refrigerated con-tainer, an experimental study was carried out using the test rig for ship refrigerated container .The electric heaters were used to simulate the load of evaporator , and the inner temperature of container were kept at set point of 10℃and 0℃respective-ly.Experimental results show that taking the suction pressure modulation method as capacity control , the coefficient of per-formance ( COP) of refrigeration unit is less than 1 when the load of evaporator is low ( less than 4 kW) .Consequently , the capacity control method of suction pressure modulation should be avoided to use for the low partial load as far as pos-sible.
