摘　　要：2003年俄罗斯加入"博洛尼亚进程"以来,为推进与欧洲教育接轨先后完成了学制改革、制定新教育标准、高师队伍国际化、创新人才培养模式、建立学历互认机制、革新教育评估体系等工作。目的是为与欧洲一体化奠定基础,提升俄罗斯高等教育的国际竞争力,将高等教育服务推向国际市场。事实上,俄罗斯高校与国外实施的联合培养计划有其值得称道的一面,但也有不尽人意的问题存在。Since joining the Bologna in 2003, to promote connection to European education, Russia has accomplished the reform of schooling system, developed the new educational standards, internationalized the faculty, innovated the mode of talent training, established the mechanism of degree recognition, and renewed the educational evaluation system.The purpose of the moves is to lay the foundation for the European integration, and to enhance the international competitiveness of Russian higher education by getting it to the world market.In fact, the joint supervision of students of Russian universities with foreign counterparts has its advantages, but there are also many problems.
