肛周脓肿一次切开挂线术60例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探索肛周脓肿一次切开挂线术的效果和可行性。方法：对2013年1月-2014年5月于我院住院治疗的60例肛周脓肿患者均实施脓肿一次切开挂线术。结果：一次手术成功60例,治愈率100%,无肛门失禁,无后遗肛瘘者,疗程11～41 d,平均23.5 d。结论：肛周脓肿一次切开挂线术成功率高,既减少了患者二次入院手术的痛苦,又节约了医疗费用。Objective：To explore a cut of anus week abscess effect and feasibility of hanging line operation. Method：In January 2013 - May 2014 in our hospital treatment of 60 patients with crissum abscess are implementing an abscess incision hangs line art.Results： a successful operation of 60 cases, cure rate 100%, no anal incontinence, traces of the posterior anal fistula, 11 --41 d treatment, an average of 23. 5 d. Conclusion： Cut a line of anus week abscess surgery success rate is high, both to reduce the secondary hospital surgery in patients with pain, and save the medical expenses.
