摘 要:目前,对酸性介质中具有荧光监测功能缓蚀剂的研究鲜见报道。采用罗丹明B与水合肼反应制备了罗丹明酰肼(RHBH)化合物,通过失重法、电化学阻抗法、动电位极化法研究了RHBH在0.5 mol/L HCl溶液中对20钢的缓蚀作用,采用荧光分析法考查了RHBH对0.5 mol/L HCl溶液中Fe3+的荧光检测效果。结果表明:RHBH对20钢具有良好的缓蚀作用,在其表面的吸附满足Langmuir校正吸附模型;RHBH为混合抑制型缓蚀剂;RHBH对Fe3+具有很好的荧光识别作用,可以用于酸洗过程中腐蚀的实时监测。A rhodamine B hydrazide(RHBH) compound was synthesized by reaction of rhodamine B and hydrazine hydrate.The inhibition effect of RHBH for mild steel in 0.5 mol/L HC1 solution(15~45℃) was studied by mass loss method,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization measurement.Furthermore,the fluorescence recognition capability of RHBH towards Fe3+ in 0.5mol/L HC1 solution was tested.Results showed that RHBH was a good mixed-type inhibitor for mild steel,and its adsorption on the steel surface could be described with the calibrated Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation.Besides,RHBH had good fluorescence recognition capability towards Fe3+ and was applicable to real-time monitoring the corrosion during pickling of steel.
