摘  要:目的了解郑州市地铁一号线运营前的微生物污染现状,为地铁运营提供卫生管理依据和建议。方法采用标准和规范的检验检测方法,随机抽取郑州市地铁一号线5个站点进行微生物污染情况调查。结果抽查的郑州地铁一号线站点的站厅、站台、车厢的空气细菌总数合格率均达到100%;站厅、站台真菌总数合格率均为80%,车厢真菌总数合格率为100%;β-溶血性链球菌、军团菌均未检出,合格率均达到100%。结论郑州市个别地铁站空气中细菌总数及真菌总数不合格,对人们的健康构成潜在威胁,建议郑州市地铁站在正式投入运作前排查空气细菌真菌总数不合格原因,采取相关措施以确保乘客的健康。Objectives To investigate the air quality in Zhengzhou subway stations and to provide the scientific basis and recommendations for administrators. Methods The situation of biological contamination in five subway stations was investigated according to the relevant state laws,regulations,and health standards. The samples were selected randomly and detected by standard methods. Results The qualification rate of total bacteria counts in all air samples selected from subway station halls,platforms and cars were 100%; the qualification rate of total fungi counts for platforms and station halls was 80% and for cars was 100%; hemolytic streptococcus and legionella bacteria have not been detected in all samples. Conclusions The total bacteria and fungi counts in the air were unqualified in individual Zhengzhou subway station,which might have potential threat to the health of people. It is suggested to have an investigation and take a systemic air disinfection before the station put into operation to ensure passengers’ health.
