摘　　要：地下室的防水效果是保证使用功能、营造舒适环境的基础。本文根据现行规范要求及现场施工经验,从结构、构造、材料、工艺、验收等方面阐明地下室防水工程的设计与施工要点。The effects of basements waterproofing are the bases of using functions guarantee and comfortable environments building. According to the current specification requirements and on-site construction experiences, this article illustrates the key points for design and construction of basement waterproofing works from the perspectives of structure, formation, materials, technology and acceptance inspection etc.
