透明硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的研制

摘　　要：以硅烷改性聚氨酯(SPU)预聚体为基础聚合物、气相白炭黑为补强填料,添加各种助剂,制备了一种透明SPU密封胶,并对该密封胶的力学性能和透光率进行了分析研究,确定了透明SPU密封胶的优选配方。采用优选配方制备的透明SPU密封胶透光率可达92.6%,综合性能优于传统透明硅酮密封胶和聚氨酯密封胶。Taking silylated polyurethane （SPU） prepolymer as base polymer, fumed silica as reinforcing filler, and adding various auxiliaries to make a kind of transparent SPU sealant. After analytical investigation on the mechanical property and light transmittance of this sealant, an optimal formula for transparent SPU sealant is confirmed. The light transmittance of this new formulated transparent SPU sealant can reach 92.6%, and its comprehensive performance is superior than that of traditional transparent silicone sealant and polyurethane sealant.
