摘　　要：针对自动化监控系统中各设备之间采用不同的通讯方式和通讯协议引起的数据共享性差,互联通信困难。中国重型机械研究院股份公司采用了Anybus Communicator的AB7000网关将不同设备通讯协议转换为西门子PLC支持的Profibus-DP现场总线协议,很好地解决了各设备与PLC间的数据交换及通讯,并成功应用于泵站自动化监控系统,该系统性能稳定可靠、数据传输实时准确。Data sharing and intercommunication are poor among devices of automated monitoring system, due to using different communication methods and protocols. Different equipment communication protocols are transformed into a Siemens PLC supporting profibus-DP protocol, the AB7000 gateway of Anyhus Communicator is adopted by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co. , Ltd. , it is a good solution to data exchange and communication between the device and the PLC, and successfully applied in hydraulic pump station automation monitoring system. The system owns the performance of stability and reliability, which is real-time and accurate dare transmission.
