胶体金免疫层析法和ELISA法检测乙肝表面抗原的对比

摘　　要：目的:比较酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法和胶体金免疫层析(gold immunochromatographic assay,GICA)法检测乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)的阳性率,探讨影响2种方法结果的因素。方法:470份血清标本,以GICA法和ELISA法对HBsAg进行检测。结果:ELISA法检测出阳性标本33份,阳性率7.07%,GICA法检测出阳性标本31份,阳性率6.72%,差异无统计学意义。GICA法和ELISA法检测HBsAg的结果符合率为99.57%。GICA检测的灵敏度为93.93%。结论:GICA法较ELISA法检测灵敏度低,检测HBsAg存在一定程度漏检率,对于HBsAg含量低的标本不宜使用。Objective： To compare gold immunochromatographic assay （GICA） and ELISA in the detection of hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg） in the positive rate and investigate the influencing factors and problems in the process. Method： A total of 470 se- rum samples were deteced with the method of GICA and ELISA for HBsAg. Results： A total of 33 positive samples were detected with ELISA, the positive rate was 7.07%. And 31 positive samples were detected with GICA, the positive rate was 6. 72%. The results of GICA and ELISA tested HBsAg was 99. 57% in compliance rate. The sensitivity of GICA was 93.93%. Conclusion： The sensitivity of GICA is lower than ELISA. Detection of HBsAg with GICA exists a degree of missing rate. For low levels of HBsAg specimens, GICA should not be used.
