摘　　要：应用VB语言编程,对多年气象资料进行自动统计,并绘制出风向玫瑰图,既准确,又快捷。程序采用模块化设计,界面简洁直观,容易操作。实践证明,该程序精准快捷,具有较强的实用性。Based on VB language, meteorological data for many years have been taken the statisticsautomaticly. And the wind rose diagram ia drawed with accurate and fast. The program uses modulardesign, so that the interface is concise and intuitive. It＇s also easy to operate. Practice has proved thatthe program is accurate, fast and also has strong practicability.
