摘  要:试验旨在探讨不同复合酶制剂对生长猪生长性能与营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验选用日龄相差不超过4 d、品种相同的生长育肥猪160头,平均体重约23.50 kg,按照遗传背景相同、体重相近、性别比例一致的原则随机分为4个处理,每处理设4个重复,每重复10头仔猪,试验期30 d。试验结果表明:1在基础日粮中添加复合酶A、复合酶B和复合酶C后平均日增重分别提高了10.69%、12.59%和15.31%,但差异不显著(P〉0.05),随着甘露聚糖酶、α-半乳糖苷酶和植酸酶添加水平的提高,平均日增重有提高趋势(P〉0.05);复合酶A组、复合酶B组和复合酶C组的料重比比对照组有降低趋势(P〉0.05),分别降低了6.86%、3.28%和7.78%,以复合酶C组最低。2在基础日粮中添加复合酶A、复合酶B和复合酶C后,显著提高了能量的表观消化率(P〈0.05),较对照组分别提高了4.46%、5.46%和5.30%。3个复合酶处理组的粗蛋白质表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),较对照组提高了7.35%~8.57%。就粗纤维表观消化率而言,复合酶A组较对照组提高了6.75%,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);复合酶B组和复合酶C组较对照组分别提高了15.00%和11.51%,差异显著(P〈0.05)。3个复合酶处理组的钙和磷的表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。由此可见,在基础日粮中添加复合酶制剂可促进营养物质消化吸收,但并没有改善生长猪的生长性能。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of enzyme complex on growth perfor mance and nutrients digestibility in growing pigs. 160 crossed-bred (DurocXLandraceXYorkshine) pigs, weighing an average of 23.50 kg, were randomly allocated into 1 of the following 4 dietary treatments (10 pigs per pen with 4 replicates pens per treatment): Control (Basal diet), Treatment A (Basal diet- 50% Phosphorus + Enzyme Complex A), Treatment B (Basal diet-50% Phosphorus+Enzyme Complex B), Treatment C (Basal diet-50% Phosphorus+Enzyme Complex C). The results showed that: ① There was no effects of enzyme complex A, B and C on average daily gain(ADG), average daily feed intake(ADFI) and Feed/gain (F/G) (P〉0.05). ②Adding 3 kinds of enzyme complexes to growing pig diet could improve the apparent digestibility of ener- gy, crude protein(CP),Ca and P(P〈0.05). While the apparent digestibility of crude fiber was not affected by enzyme complex A (P〉0.05), but affected by enzyme complex B and C(P〈0.05). These results indicated that adding enzyme complex might improve nutrients apparent digestibili-ty, however, it would not affect the growth performance in growing pigs.
