摘 要:为探讨日粮中添加不同微生态制剂对海兰褐商品蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和经济效益的影响,试验选取380日龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡,随机分成3组,组内4个重复,每组1 400只。预饲期7 d,对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮基础上添加适量益生素和枯草芽孢杆菌,试验期为35 d。结果显示:与Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组蛋鸡采食量分别降低6.07%和5.49%,且差异显著(P<0.05);产蛋率和蛋重均有所提高,破蛋率分别降低30.36%和12.50%,且差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅱ组料蛋比较Ⅰ组降低8.37%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组每只蛋鸡分别增加1.12元和1.03元的收入。可见,饲粮中添加适量微生态制剂均能提高蛋鸡生产性能和经济效益。To study the effect of different probiotics on production performance and economic benefits of Hy-Line brown commercial laying hens at late period of laying, 380-day-old Hy-Line brown com- mercial laying hens were randomly divided into three groups, each of 1 400 with four replicates. Pre- feeding 7 d, the control group Ⅰ was fed with the basic diets and the treatment group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were respectively fed with the basic diets supplemented with probiotics and Bacillus subtilis. The feeding tri- al lasted for 35 d. The results showed significant reduce(P〈0.05) on feed intake, the group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 6.07% and 5.49% lower respectively than the control group; the test groups had an increasing trend in laying rate and average egg weight compared with control group, group Ⅱ andⅢ were 30.36% and 12.50% lower than the control group in broken egg rate(P〈0.05); groupⅡ was 8.37% lower than group Ⅰ in feed conversion, and there were significant differences(P〈0.05); group Ⅱ and Ⅲ revenued of 1.12 yuan and 1.03 yuan respectively, compared with group Ⅰ. In comprehensive view, the appropri- ate amount of probiotics in diet can improve production performance and economic efficiency of laying hens.
