摘　　要：本文系统地讨论了样品瓶、保存方法、不同分析方法以及盐效应、锌卷的类型卷制形式使用大小等对水体中硝酸盐分析测定准确性的影响,在给出了相应的最佳条件和改进措施的基础上,还对锌镉还原法测定硝酸盐的反应机理进行了深入的讨论;并进一步提出了今后的探索方向和研究的侧重点。In this paper, through detailedly analyzing the different sampling apparatus, the different zinc＇ s types, shapes and surface area, and the comparison of different preservation methods, some bettering methods were presented, at the same time, not only the experimental study of salinity effect on nitrate analysis was thoroughly discussed, but also the mechanism of the zinc cadmium reduction method and the method＇ s improvement was deeply analyzed. The exploring directions and research emphases in the future are proposed.
