摘  要:在阐述我国快捷货运行业发展现状、区域特征及发展趋势的基础上,分析我国铁路快运运量及货源结构变化,探讨影响铁路快运班列在运输时效、运输价格、运输能力及物流增值服务等方面竞争力的因素,提出加强快运班列管理与考核、减少快运班列中转与甩挂作业、增强快运班列运价机制灵活性、加强快运班列运能保障及开发快运班列新产品等建议。Based on expounding development status, regional characteristics and development trend of express freight transport industry in China, this paper analyzes the change of railway express volume and freight resource structure, discusses the factors of influence competitiveness of railway express block trains on the aspects of transport time limitation, tariff, transport capacity and logistic value added service, and puts forward suggestions on the express block trains, such as enhancing its management and examination, reducing its transfer and coupling & uncoupling operation, strengthening flexibility of its tariff mechanism, enhancing its transport capacity guarantee and developing its new products.
