网络环境下黑龙江省农业高校图书馆个性化数据库资源建设的研究

摘　　要：立足黑龙江本土,通过调查省内的农业大学和全国各所高校的特色数据库建设情况,指出黑龙江省农业高校建设数据库过程中存在的问题。结合中国高等教育文献保障系统(CALIS)联合省内农业高校图书馆,对建立基于网络环境下的黑龙江省农业高校图书馆个性化数据库进行研究,提出了如何建立农业高校个性化数据库的方法和措施。且对信息资源利用的版权问题进行了详细的分析,并提出实施策略。Based in Heilongjiang province native, through the investigation of Heilongjiang province agricultural university and the characteristic database construction of colleges and universities all over the country, and points out that the construction of colleges and universities in our province agriculture problems existing in the process of database.Combined with China Academic Library Information System（CALIS） agricultural university library, in the province to build based on agriculture in Heilongjiang province university library personalized database under the network environment, puts forward how to establish the methods and measures of personalized database agricultural colleges and universities. For information resources using copyright issues are analyzed in detail, and implementation strategies are put forward.
