摘　　要：咸阳市北部地区煤炭资源的大规模开发,带来了严重的环境问题。以彬县、长武、旬邑为例,探讨了煤炭开采给咸阳市带来的环境污染,分析了造成污染的原因,提出对主体功能区划的咸阳北部地区煤炭资源开发生态补偿策略,为解决煤炭开发与生态保护的矛盾寻找可行途径。The large-scale development of coal resources in Xianyang City, the northern region,poses a serious environmental problem. With Binxian, Changwu, Xunyi as examples, a discussion is made of the environmental pollution to Xianyang City caused by coal mining. An analysis is made of the causes of pollution. Ecological compensation strategies are presented to find a viable approach to coal resource development in typical northern Xianyang district to solve contradictions between coal development and ecological protection.
