摘　　要：新中国档案工作深受前苏联影响。俄罗斯联邦继承和发展了前苏联的档案工作。文章通过赴俄学习考察,对俄联邦现阶段档案工作进行深入细致的分析,并结合国内实际工作中遇到的问题提出几点建议。The archives work of New China is deeply affected by that of the former Soviet Union, which was inherited and developed by the Russian Federation. Based on the study tour to Russia, this essay takes a deep analysis of the current archives work of the Russia Federation, and makes a few suggestions with regards to the problems encountered in the pragmatic work of China.
