摘  要:某电厂660 MW超超临界机组5、6、8号轴振严重超标,通过对轴系安装、轴承间隙等方面的调整,同时在发-励联轴器进行动平衡加重,使8号轴振降至76μm以内。另外,考虑到额定转速下5、6号轴振最大振动已接近200μm,决定采用现场动平衡技术,在低-发联轴器上加重,将5、6号轴振降至76μm以内,从而使机组轴系各测点振动均达到优良水平。The No.5, No.6 and No.8 shaft vibrations for 660MW ultra-supercritical unit of a power plant have been seriously exceeded standard, by adjusting the shaft installation and bearing clearance, meanwhile adding the trial weights onto the generator-exciter coupling, the No.8 shaft vibration has been reduced to less than 76~tm. In addition, the maximum vibrations of No.5 and No.8 shaft vibration are close to 2001an at the rated speed, so adopting field dynamic balancing method, the trial weights are added onto the LP rotor-generator coupling, the No.5 and No.6 shaft vibrations have been reduced to less than 76gan. Accordingly the vibrations of unit have been controlled to the excellent level.
