心脉隆注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血浆B型钠尿肽的影响

摘　　要：目的观察心脉隆注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效,探讨其对患者心功能及血浆B型钠尿肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法选取新疆昌吉州人民医院心内科、老年病科和急诊内科2012—2013年住院治疗的CHF患者104例,应用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各52例。两组均给予常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的同时加用心脉隆注射液4 ml+0.9%氯化钠溶液200 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程7 d。比较两组治疗效果,并测定治疗前后左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及血浆BNP水平。结果治疗后治疗组有效率高于对照组〔92.3%(48/52)与76.9%(40/52),χ2=4.727,P<0.05〕。治疗后对照组及治疗组LVDd、LVEF均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组LVDd、LVEF改善程度均高于对照组治疗后〔(9.5±1.8)mm与(5.4±1.3)mm,(8.9±2.2)%与(3.2±1.6)%;P<0.05〕。两组患者治疗后血浆BNP水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后血浆BNP水平降低幅度高于对照组〔(729.3±18.5)ng/L与(459.0±1.1)ng/L,P<0.05〕。结论在常规治疗的同时加用心脉隆注射液治疗,可明显提高疗效,降低血浆BNP水平,改善患者心功能。Objective To observe the effects of Xinmailong Injection on cardiac function and plasma B- type natriuretic peptide（ BNP） level in the patients with chronic heart failure（ CHF）.Methods 104 CHF patients admitted to the departments of cardiology,geriatrics and emergency of Changji People＇s Hospital in Xinjiang from 2012 to 2013 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with each group 52 cases.The two groups were both given routine treatment.The treatment group was given additional 4 ml Xinmailong Injection ＋ 200 ml 0.9% sodium chloride solution once per day for seven days.The cardiac function,LVDd,LVEF and plasma BNP were detected in the two groups before and after treatment.Results The treatment group＇s effective rate 92.3%（ 48 /52） was higher than the control group＇s 76.9%（ 40 /52）（ χ^2= 4.727,P〈 0.05）; 1 week after treatment,LVDd,LVEF of the control group and treatment group improved（ P 〈0.05）and LVDd,LVEF improved degree of treatment group were higher than the control group＇s after treatment 〔（ 9.5 ± 1.8） mm vs.（ 5.4 ±1.3） mm,（ 8.9 ±2.2） % vs.（ 3.2 ±1.6） %; P〈 0.05〕.Plasma BNP level of two groups was reduced（ P 〈0.05）;The treatment group＇s plasma BNP levels after treatment was lower than the control group 〔（ 729.3 ± 18.5） ng / L vs.（ 459.0± 1.1） ng / L,P〈 0.05〕.Conclusion Xinmailong Injection improves cardiac function and reduces the level of plasma BNP in patients with CHF.
