PDCA循环在国内护理领域应用的新进展

摘　　要：PDCA理论包括计划、实施、检查、处理四个阶段,灵活运用PDCA循环方法,对于提高质量管理体系运行的效果和效率十分重要.PDCA循环应用于护理领域中,其优势在于能帮助护理人员有效安排护理工作内容,提高护理工作效率和工作质量,并指导护理人员更好地完成各项工作目标.现就PDCA循环在护理教学、护理管理、护理健康教育等方面的具体应用进行综述.PDCA theory including planning, implementation, inspection and processing four stages, the flexible use of PDCA circulation method is very important to improve the effect and efficiency of quality management system operation. PDCA cycle is applied in nursing field, its advantage is that can help the nurses to arrange nursing work content effectively, improve the efficiency and quality of nursing work, and guide nurses to better finish every work target. In this paper, the specific application of PDCA cycle in nursing teaching, nursing management and nursing health education were summarized.
