摘　　要：西方马克思主义、后现代马克思主义与晚期马克思主义是当代国外马克思主义的三大代表性思潮。三大理论思潮的发轫、传播与衰落虽然各有特定的历史语境,但是他们对历史事件的反省与思考,在方法论上是一致的。这种一致形成了三大思潮之间的三项共同价值旨趣,即建立在实践一元论基础上的反对教条主义诉求,建立在反对终结论基础上的捍卫马克思主义尊严的责任,以及建立在寻根意识上的构建开放性的马克思主义哲学体系的使命。国外马克思主义三大思潮的价值旨趣,为中国化的马克思主义理论建设与学术创新提供了难得的他山之玉。the western Marxism,post-modern Marxism and late Marxism are the three representative thoughts of contemporary Marxism abroad.The beginning,spread and declination of the three thoughts have their own specific historical context,but their reflection on the historical events and thinking is consistent in methodology.This consensus has formed the three common values of the three trends,namely,to oppose dogmatism established on the basis of practical monism,to defend the responsibility of Marxism dignity based on the opposition to the finalism,and to carry forward the mission of building an open system of Marxist philosophy based on the consciousness of seeking the root.Marxist value and purport of the three trends abroad provides a rare treasure for the theory construction and the academic innovation of the Marxism with Chinese features.
