摘　　要：入党积极分子教育培训是发展大学生党员的重要"入口关",探索提升入党积极分子培训质量对于党建工作具有重大而深远的意义。本文通过分析当前高校大学生入党积极分子培训中存在的问题,从思路原则、标准要求、沟通渠道、培训网络和教育机制等方面探索新路径,以期提升教育培训质量和效果。the activists education of party applicants is one of the important ＂entrances＂.It has deep and profound significance to explore ways to promote the training quality.This paper analyzes the problems in the education of the activists of party applicants and explores new paths to raise the quality and effect of the education in the aspects of thinking principle,standard request,communication channels,network training and education mechanism.
