摘　　要：从兴趣研究的理性回归,简述国外学者对职业兴趣构成要素的研究过程,着重探讨不同职业兴趣模型理论的提出,并对国外职业兴趣要素与模型理论的应用进行解析。Returning to a rational perspective of interest research, the paper brielfy introduces the research process of components of occupational interest from abroad, and mainly explores different model theories of occupational interest and their application.
