白鹤芋试管苗丛芽增殖与生根诱导试验

摘　　要：以白鹤芋甜芝、美酒2个品种蘖芽为外植体,在MS培养基中添加不同种类和浓度的激素,进行组培快繁试验.试验结果表明:MS+IBA 0.25 mg/L+TDZ 0.2 mg/L或6-BA 2 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L为甜芝、美酒适宜芽增殖培养基,最适合甜芝生根诱导培养基:1/2MS+1.5%蔗糖+0.4%琼脂+IBA 0.3 mg/L,最适合美酒生根诱导培养基:1/2 MS+1.5%蔗糖+0.4%琼脂+IBA 0.1 mg/L.The Tiller buds of Spathiphyllum floribundum（cv. Sweet Chico and Mojo）were cultured in the MS medium supplemented with different types and concentrations of hormones for rapid propagation. The results indicated that MS ＋ IBA1 mg / L ＋ TDZ 2 mg / L or 6-BA 2mg/L＋IBA 1mg/L for the sweet Chi, wine best bud proliferation medium sweet Chicago,the most suitable rooting medium： 1/2MS ＋1.5% ＋0.4% sucrose agar ＋ IBA 0.5 mg / L the most suitable wine rooting medium：1/2MS ＋1.5% ＋0.4% sucrose agar ＋ IBA 0.3 mg / L.
