摘 要:奶牛附红细胞体病多为混合感染.通过对宁夏某奶牛场送检的发病犊牛的各种脏器组织及粪样进行病原体的分离培养、分离菌的药敏试验等检测,并对发病犊牛和同群犊牛的血样进行附红体检测.结果表明,该场发病犊牛存在附红细胞体、致病性大肠杆菌、巴氏杆菌、沙门氏菌和链球菌的混合感染,且附红细胞体感染为主要发病原因;未发病的犊牛存在着附红细胞体隐性感染.对发病犊牛使用血虫净(贝尼尔)进行治疗的同时,使用氧氟沙星全身给药,病牛发生明显好转.Eperythrozoonosis in dairy cow is mixed infection. Isolation and culture of pathogen and drug sensitivity test were detected in various organ tissues and feces in calves from Ningxia dairy farm, and eperythrozoon in blood samples in calves from the same group was also examined. The results demonstrated that eperythrozoon mixed infection with E. coli, Pasteurella,Salmonella and Streptococcus in infected calves, and eperythrozoon infection was the main cause of disease. Healthy calves in the same group were latent infection. The infected cow has obvious improvement when treated with xuechongjing(Bernier) and ofloxacin.
