摘　　要：对高校校园网用户行为作了分析,通过分析提出了网络行为管理的必要性;并指出网络带宽的优化管理是网络行为管理的本质,最后还介绍了两种限制带宽的方式。In this paper, user behaviors in the campus network were analyzed, based on the analysis, the necessity of network behavior management were being put forward; That the optimazation of the campus network bandwidth was the essence of network behavior management which was pointed out.Finally, the two methodes of limited networkb andwidth were introduced.
