人口老龄化背景下调整法定退休年龄的影响因素

摘　　要：中国人口老龄化的加剧,导致了子女赡养老人的负担也越来越重,因此对于我国退休制度的调整以及是否要延长法定退休年龄也成为人们日益关注的话题。退休年龄的调整既是一个复杂的社会问题,也是一个复杂的经济问题,牵一发而动全身。退休年龄调整的影响因素也有很多,本文从养老保险制度、劳动力市场就业、家庭结构这三个因素分析其对我国法定退休年龄调整的影响。The intensification of China aging population leads that the burden of children about supporting for the elder is increasingly heavy,so people more and more concern about the topic about our country＇s retirement system adjustment and whether to extend the retirement age. Retirement age adjustment is not only a complicated social problem,but also a complex economical problem,which will affect the situation as a whole. There are many affecting factors about the retirement age adjustment,and the thesis, according to the three factors,which are the old-age insurance system,labor employment market,family structure,analyzes the effect on China＇s legal retirement age adjustment.
