云南山地城镇化动力机制研究

摘　　要：边疆、民族、山区、欠发达的省情决定了云南特色的城镇化动力机制。发展特色优势产业,推动产业非农化,是山地城镇化的产业支撑;打破体制机制藩篱,促进人口城镇化,是山地城镇化的制度保障;合理规划城镇布局,实现土地集约化,是山地城镇化的必然选择。构建产业多轮驱动、制度有效保障、土地集约配置的城镇化动力机制,探索"农民进城、城镇上山"的山地城镇化路径,能够为加快云南城镇化进程增添新的动力和活力。Such factors as border areas, national minority, mountainous areas, the situation of being underdeveloped determine the characteristics of dynamic mechanism of urbanization in Yunnan. It is the industry support of montanic urbanization to develop specially advantageous industries, and to promote the industry to non-agriculturization. It is the institutional guarantee of montanic urbanization to break institutional barriers, and to promote urbanization of population . It is the inevitable choice of montanie urbanization to plan the layout of urban reasonably, and to realize land intensive arrangement. To develop a dynamic mechanism of urbanization with multiple-wheel engines, effective institutional guarantee, intensive land configuration, and to explore a path of urbanization of ＂peasant going into the towns, towns going up the mountains＂, can add new motivity and energy to accelerate the urbanization process in Yunnan.
