增城市公共体育服务资源现状分析

摘　　要：目的:调查增城市公共体育服务资源,分析它目前的现状,提出合理的建议。研究方法:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法互联网资料收集法、统计分析法等进行研究。研究结果:(1)增城市公共体育服务在不同政府层面有不同的地位;(2)公共体育服务资源有自身的特色和优势;(3)增城市近年来出台相关体育政策扶持公共体育发展。建议:(1)加强大众化免费的公共体育设施建设;(2)更新基层政府干部的观念;(3)大力发展社会体育指导员。Objective： to investigate the public sports service resources in Zengcheng City, the study analyzes its present situation, and puts forward reasonable suggestions. Methods： the study is carried out by using the methods of literature,questionnaire, Internet data collection and statistical analysis. R esults：（1） Zengcheng city public sports services have different roles in different aspects of government;（2）the public sports service resources have their own characteristics and advantages;（3）Zengcheng city in recent years has issued the introduction of relevant policies to support the development of public sports. Suggestion：（1）to strengthen the popularization of public sports facilities free of charge;（2）to update the grass- roots cadres concept;（3）to inhance the development of social sports instructor.
