腹腔镜下可吸收补片修补术治疗小儿腹股沟巨大性斜疝的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜下可吸收补片修补术治疗小儿腹股沟巨大性斜疝的临床效果。方法将100例腹股沟巨大性斜疝患儿随机分成腹腔镜下可吸收补片修补术组(补片组)50例,腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术组(结扎组)50例,比较两组的并发症发生率及复发率。结果两组手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。补片组复发率为2.00%,明显低于结扎组的14.00%(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下可吸收补片修补术治疗小儿腹股沟巨大斜疝在不增加手术时间和术后并发症的同时大大降低了术后复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic herniorrhaphy combined with absorbable patch on the treatment of great inguinal hernias in children. Methods A total of 100 children with great inguinal hernias were randomly divided into 2 groups. Fifty cases in the patch group were treated with laparoscopic herniorrhaphy combined with absorbable patch,and fifty cases in the ligation group were treated with laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac. To compare the incidences of complications and recurrence rates between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the operating time,postoperative upright mobilization time,hospitalization duration and incidence of complications between two groups（P〉0.05）. The recurrence rate in the patch group was 2. 00%,which was lower than that in the ligation group（14.00%,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic herniorrhaphy combined with absorbable patch can reduce the postoperative recurrence rate significantly in the treatment of great inguinal hernias in children,which doesn＇t increase the operating time and incidence of postoperative complications.
