摘 要:目的用超声二维斑点追踪显像技术(STI)检测肾动脉交感神经经导管射频消融后左室的变化。方法对20只犬的肾交感神经进行射频消融,分别于消融前和消融6周后观察肾交感神经消融犬的血压变化及心脏指标变化。采集犬心尖两腔观、三腔观、四腔观的清晰图像,用Qlab软件测量各切面心尖水平、二尖瓣水平和乳突肌水平16节段自QRS起点至收缩期峰值应变率达峰时间,以及舒张期峰值应变率达峰时间。结果与消融前相比,消融后收缩压和舒张压均无明显变化(P>0.05)。消融后犬R-R间期无明显变化,左室16节段收缩期及舒张期峰值应变率达峰时间也无明显变化(P>0.05)。消融前后左室各节段收缩期峰值应变无变化(P>0.05),心脏各腔室大小没有明显变化(P>0.05)。结论消融正常犬肾交感神经不会降低血压,对心室功能无明显影响。Objective To evaluate the changes of left ventricle following transcatheter renal sympathetic denervation(RSD) by two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging.Methods Renal sympathetic deneration was performed in 20 dogs.The indexes of heart and blood pressure of dogs were observed before and 6 weeks after ablation. The standard images were acquired in the 2-,3- and 4- apical views. Qlab software was used to measure the times from QRS onset to peak-systolic strain rate and to peak-diastolic strain rate of the longitudinal 16 segments. Results The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure showed no significant changes after ablation in contrast with those before ablation(P〉0. 05). The R-R interval as well as the times to peak-systolic strain rate and peak-diastolic strain rate of the longitudinal 16 segments of left ventricle showed no significant changes after ablation( P〉0. 05). The peak-systolic strain of each segment of left ventricle showed no changes after ablation( P〉0. 05). The size of each heart chamber showed no significant changes after ablation(P〉0. 05). Conclusion The renal sympathetic denervation doesn't reduce blood pressure of normal dogs,and it has no significant effects on ventricular function.
