摘  要:巴鲁巴铜矿陡倾斜矿体已经回采殆尽,剩余资源40%以上为缓倾斜薄矿脉,且矿体下盘矿岩节理、裂隙发育,一直采用无底柱崩落法采矿,设计贫化率高达30%以上,原矿品位低。针对此种情况,提出采用无底柱崩落法与爆力运搬相结合的开采方法,设计贫化率控制在20%以下,并降低了采掘比,经济效益颇佳,该方法在矿山应用中取得了很好的效果,对开采底板破碎矿体具有借鉴和指导意义,可在相似地质条件矿山推广应用。The steeply inclined orebody in Baluba Copper Mine has been mined out.More than 40%of residual resource is gently inclined thin orebody and joint fissure distributes in the orebody footwall.This mine uses non-sillpillared sublevel caving method.The design dilution almost reaches to 30%and the grade of ore is low.In order to solve this problem,we propose to use the mining method combining non-sill-pillared sublevel caving and blast force carrying open stoping method.The design dilution rate is controlled within 20%,development ratio is also decreased,and a better economic benefit is achieved.This design has obtained good result in the mine application and it proved a reference for the mining of orebody with a crushed footwall.This method can be applied in mines with similar geological conditions.
