Process Mineralogy Study of Tin-iron Ore in Indonesia

摘  要:为了对印尼锡铁矿石的开发提供合理的工艺流程,对其矿石进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。通过化学多元素分析、物相分析、矿物的定量分析以及X射线衍射分析,全面了解了该锡铁矿石的化学组成、矿物组成及相对含量,主要有用矿物为磁铁矿,含量为56.95%,有害元素磷含量为0.077%,硫含量为0.11%。利用光学显微镜和电子探针等设备,详细分析了矿物的嵌布特征、各元素的赋存状态和矿物粒度分布特征,并对不同磨矿细度产品进行了解离度分析和理论指标预测,得到合理的磨矿细度为-74μm占85%,并提出了适合该矿石的四种基本工艺流程。In order to provide a reasonable technical process for treatment of a tin-iron ore in Indonesia, systematic process mineralogy research was conducted. Through chemical multi-element analysis, mineral phase analysis, quantitative analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis, all the information about this ore was comprehensively mastered by the studies. It is showed that iron is the main valuable element, and the content of harmful elements of phosphorus and sulphur was 0.077% and 0.11% respectively. Magnetite is the main valuable element with content of 56.95% Fe. The embedded characteristics, occurrence state and size distribution of the minerals were analyzed in detail by using the optical microscope and electron probe and other equipments. Liberation degree testing and theoretical index prediction were carried out under different grinding fineness, the results show that the reasonable grinding fineness is 85% below 74 μm, finally four possible processes were proposed.
