摘 要:安徽某低品位铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石中锌矿物大多以铁闪锌矿的形式存在,部分硫矿物以磁黄铁矿的形式存在,铁闪锌矿和磁黄铁矿致密连生,嵌布特征复杂,对锌硫浮选分离造成不利影响。针对该矿的矿石特点,在"铜铅锌优先浮选"工艺流程的基础上,结合锌硫磁选分离工艺,不仅回收了铜铅锌,而且实现了锌硫的有效分离。闭路流程试验获得了含铜12.04%、铜回收率45.48%的铜精矿,含铅42.88%、铅回收率80.04%的铅精矿,含锌42.04%、锌回收率84.11%的锌精矿。Zinc minerals of Anhui copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulphide ore mostly exist in the form of marmatite, some sulfur minerals exist as pyiThotite, the flotation separation of zinc and sulfur is different due to the compact intergrowth between marmatite and pyrrhotite and complex embedded characteristic. Aimed at the ore characteristics, zinc-sulfur magnetic separation process was adopted in the basis of copper- lead-zinc selective flotation process, which not only has recovered copper, lead and zinc, but also has achieved zinc-sulfur effective separation. Copper concentrate with Cu grade of 12.04% and recovery of 45.48%, lead concentrate with Pb grade of 42.88% and recovery of 80.04%, and zinc concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 42.04% and 84.11% respectively was obtained by closed-circuit test.
