摘 要:锡石多金属硫化矿的脱硫效果直接影响后续锡回收的相关作业,根据矿石的特性,研究了锡石多金属硫化矿高浓度浮选脱硫。研究表明粗颗粒浮选中高矿浆浓度比低矿浆浓度浮选有较大的优势,通过中矿单独处理,中矿未返回粗选作业,减少中矿循环量,简化浮选流程,加快硫化矿浮选速度,提高脱硫效率。粗选高浓度浮选脱硫闭路试验得到精矿中锌、铅回收率分别为94.75%、85.52%。The effect of removal of sulfide minerals from polymetallic sulphide ores which contains cassiterite has a great influence on recovery of tin. Based on the property of polymetallic sulphide ore, desulfurization experiments through high concentration flotation were conducted. The test results showed that the high concentration was better than the low concentration in the flotation separation of coarse mineral particles. By dealing with the middlings individually, reducing the circulation volume of middlings simplifying the flotation flowsheet, sulfide minerals flotation velocity was increased and the efficienc desulfurization was strengthened as well. Eventually, through closed-circuit desulfurization experiment, recovery of Zn and Pb of the concentrate was 94.75% and 85.52% respectively. and y of the
