摘 要:传统的石煤提钒工艺中钒回收率低、环境污染严重。在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用浮选对某脱碳石煤矿进行了条件试验和闭路试验,设计出了"优先脱碳—脱泥—浮选"联合提钒流程。结果表明,石煤中主要含钒矿物为钒云母,主要的脉石矿物为石英,通过闭路浮选试验得到了V2O5品位为2.04%、回收率为83.41%的钒精矿,从而显著降低浸矿酸耗和生产成本。The traditional process of vanadium-extraction from stone coal is confronted with serious problems of pollution and low recovery. Proper flotation flow sheet " priority decarburization-deslimingfloatation" was proposed based on condition experiments and closed-circuit test for the decarburization stone coal on the basis of mineralogical analysis. The results showed that vanadium mica was the main mineral which contained vanadium, the major gangue minerals was quartz, through the closed-circuit flotation experiment, we obtained the grade 2.04% of vanadium pentoxide, the recovery was 83.41%. significantly, we reduced the acid consumption and the eost of production.
