摘  要:为了填补大型矿浆调浆搅拌槽研究的空白,在BK6500搅拌槽内进行了叶轮参数对单相流流场和两相流悬浮特性影响的试验研究。对比4PB(4直叶片)叶轮和4HB(4螺旋叶片)叶轮的单相流流速和功耗,得到4PB叶轮单位循环流量功耗是4HB叶轮的1.25倍;对比4PB叶轮和4HB叶轮的两相流悬浮特性,得出4HB叶轮能够实现矿物的均匀悬浮,而4PB叶轮在电机满负荷时仍不能实现均匀悬浮。所以大型矿浆调浆搅拌槽应优先选用4HB叶轮。该试验结果对大型矿浆调浆搅拌槽的工业应用具有指导意义。Experimental research of single phase flow characteristics and double phase suspension characteristics affected by impeller parameters is taken in BK6500 conditioner in order to fill the gap in research of large pulp conditioner. In single phase flow, 4PB impeller and 4HB impeller are compared in flow features and the power consumed. The result shows that the power consumed per cycle-volume by 4PB impeller is 1.25 times of that by 4HB impeller. In two-phase flow, 4PB impeller and 4HB impeller are compared in suspension characteristics. The result shows that with less power consumed, 4HB impeller can suspense the mineral uniformly, but 4PB impeller cannot. So the 4HB impeller is prior to use in large pulp conditioner. The result has guiding significance in industrial application of large pulp conditioner.
