摘 要:用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、硫酸铝和JCSS三种絮凝剂对铅锌选矿废水进行了沉降试验,结果表明JCSS絮凝沉降效果较好。将PAM和JCSS处理过的废水与清水进行铅锌浮选对比试验,得出JCSS絮凝剂处理的回水浮选指标与清水相当。工业试验证明了选矿废水经过JCSS絮凝剂处理后可达到回用要求。Flocculating sedimentation tests of Polyacrylamide (PAM) , aluminum sulfate and JCSS flocculant were conducted with wastewater from lead-zinc concentrator. The results show that sedimentation effect of JCSS flocculant is better. The wastewater treated by PAM and JCSS were compared with clean water in lead and zinc flotation. The flotation results show that the effect of flotation using the treated water, which is treated by the JCSS flocculant, is almost the same as using clean water. Industrial test proves that the wastewater treated by JCSS flocculant can reach recycled requirements.
