摘　　要：Gillian Mellsop, UNICEF＇s Representative to China, visited a children＇s center in Yichang （a city in Central China＇s Hubei Province） on August 28, 2014. During her visit, Mellsop learned about the center＇s development and the services with the technical support of a project jointly by UNICEF and the All-China Women＇s Federation. The project has helped families learn about early childhood development, children＇s care and parenting skills.
