摘　　要：China Women＇s Development Foundation （CWDF） and China Philanthropy Research Institute cohosted the Female＇Charity.Health China Women＇s Philanthropy Forum 2014, in Beijing, on August 26. Gu Xiulian, Director of the China National Committee for the Well-being of the Youth, told the forum that strengthening women and children＇s health is a necessary requirement for human development. She said it is important to give full play to the advantages of different governments, markets and social organizations when trying to improve the basic level of healthcare services that are needed to protect women and children.
