摘 要:以苯甲醛为原料,30%过氧化氢为氧化剂,碳酸钾为碱性添加物氧化合成苯甲酸.当苯甲醛为0.01 mol,通过四因素四水平的正交实验得到了优化的实验条件:0.06 mol 30%H2O2、0.006 5 mol碳酸钾、反应温度60~ 65℃、反应时间3.5h,苯甲酸产率可达91%.同时考察了其他碱对本反应的影响,结果显示在碳酸钾的碱性条件下氧化产率最好.在优化条件下合成了其他的芳香酸,产物经熔点和红外光谱分析确认.实验结果表明,该方法不但反应条件温和,而且产物易处理,对环境污染小,符合绿色化学的要求.Benzoic acid was synthesized via oxidation of benzaldehyde,using 30% hydrogen peroxide as oxidant and potassium carbonate as alkaline additives.Setting the amount of benzaldehyde as 0.01 mol,the optimum reaction conditions were found through an orthogonal test with four factors and four levels:30% hydrogen peroxide 0.06 mol,potassium carbonate 0.0065 mol,reaction temperature 60 ~ 65℃,and reaction time 3.5 h.The yield of benzoic acid of could reach 91% under above conditions.We also investigated the effect of the other alkali on the yield of benzoic acid.The results showed that the best yield could be obtained by employing potassium carbonate as the alkaline additive.Other aromatic acids were synthesized under optimized conditions,and the structures of the final products were characterized by mp? and IR(最好用全称).The experimental results showed that the method possesses the advantages of mild reaction condition,easy treatment of products,and less pollution.It is in accordance with the requirement of green chemistry.
