摘 要:分别在有、无润滑脂情况下采用逐级加栽的方式对QSn5 ~ 7-0.2 ~0.4铜合金块的耐磨耐温特性进行了定性定量分析.材料的耐磨特性通过测定试块平均体积磨损率评定;材料的抗胶合能力,也即耐温性通过对试块的温度变化进行实时监测评定.试验结果表明:QSn5 ~7-0.2 ~0.4材料的耐磨性,特别是抗胶合磨损能力较好,允许使用温度较高;在有润滑脂润滑条件下,测试块与圆柱环之间的摩擦系数更小,温升值更低,耐磨性能得以成倍改善,耐温性能良好.The qualitative and quantitative analyses of the wear resistance and thermal endurance of QSn5 ~ 7-0.2 ~ 0.4 copper alloy block were performed with stepwise-loading method under the circumferences of grease lubrication and dry friction,respectively.The wear resistance was evaluated by measuring the test block's average volume abrasion ratio while the adhesion resistance,namely thermal endurance,was assessed by monitoring the test block's temperature variation in real time.The results reveal that the wear resistance of this kind of material,especially the adhesion resistance,is excellent and its permissible operating temperature is relatively high.The friction coefficient between the test block and the cylindrical ring is smaller and its temperature rise is lower,its wear resistance is exponentially improved and its thermal endurance is preferable under grease lubricating condition.
