摘　　要：实验室的建设水平是高校教学、科研和管理水平的一个重要标志,是一流大学建设的先决条件,而相对于从宏观角度阐述实验室建设来说,一个实体实验室的创建过程尤为重要。本文以华东师范大学的流化催化裂化(FCC)炼油实验室的创建为例,从实验室布局、设备购买、设备安装、实验室运转、ACE性能考察等方面,介绍了以ACE评价装置为中心的FCC炼油实验室的创建过程,并在近3年来的运转过程中得以充实和完善。Laboratory construction in universities directly effects on the quality of teaching,research and management,and it is a prerequisite for constructing the top-ranking university.Compared with the laboratory construction on macro perspective,the creating process of an entity laboratory is equally important.In this paper,the establishment for a small ACE-centered fluid catalytic cracking （FCC） refinery laboratory of East China Normal University was described in detail according to the laboratory layout,equipment purchase,equipment installation,laboratory run,testing of ACE＇s performance.And the laboratory was enriched and perfected after the latest three years running.
