摘　　要：实验室安全管理是实验室建设和发展的重要组成部分,是开展教学和科研活动的基本保证。文章通过分析我国高校实验室安全管理现状,结合高校实验室安全管理的实践,提出了完善管理机构,层层落实安全责任;规范制度体系,提升安全管理水平;加大督查力度,追踪隐患整改治理;加强安全教育,营造安全文化氛围;强化特种设备管理,狠抓危险药品监管;完善应急机制,提高个体防护水平等实验室安全全过程管理的措施。As an important part of laboratory construction and development,laboratory safety management is a basic guarantee for the teaching and research activities.In this paper,through an analysis of the present situation and the practice of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities,whole process management measures are put forward.The measures include perfecting management institution through implementing the security responsibility system,improving safety management level through standardizing the system,intensifying supervision through tracking hidden dangers,strengthening safety education to produce safety culture atmosphere,reinforcing special equipment management,paying close attention to dangerous drug supervision,improving the emergency mechanism and raising the level of individual protection.
