摘 要:为研究甲基葡萄糖甙(MEG)的环保性能,使用糠虾法和发光细菌法进行了生物毒性试验。结果表明:MEG无毒,半致死浓度远大于限制排放标准。在溶解氧试验中,加入MEG后的累积耗氧量始终高于空白试样,说明MEG在环境中易被微生物降解,具有良好的环保性能。MEG在页岩滚动回收率试验中,10%水溶液的岩屑回收率高于85%,抑制页岩分散作用较强;在润滑性试验中,加入MEG后试样的极压润滑系数和泥饼粘滞系数均有较大改善。试验证实MEG是一种性能优良的环保型钻井液处理剂。The environmental property test of methylglucoside proved that methylglucoside (MEG) is non-toxic by using biological toxicity assessment experiments of opossum shrimp method and photogenic bacteria method, the ECs0 and LCs0 is larger than restrained discharge standard. The accumulated oxygen consumption is higher than blank sample in solute oxygen experiment, which testifies that MEG is easily biodegradable and environmental. The shale roll recovery ratio using 10% MEG solution exceeds 85% in experiment, which verifies that MEG is of strong shale inhibition ability. The extreme boundary lubrication coefficient and filter cake stuck factor im- prove a lot after MEG is added in the sample. The experiments indicate that MEG is an excellent performance and environmental drilling fluid additive.
