2-氯甲基-3,5-二甲基-4-甲氧基吡啶盐酸盐的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：用固定相为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶的C18液相色谱柱,以PDA检测器对2-氯甲基-3,5-二甲基-4-甲氧基吡啶盐酸盐进行了高效液相色谱分离,选用乙腈与缓冲液(磷酸氢二钾与磷酸二氢钾质量比为1.36∶0.13,pH=6.8)体积比45∶55作为流动相,检测波长204 nm。该法相对标准偏差1.38%,回收率达99.8%。2-Chloromethyl-3,5-dimethyl-4-methoxy pyridine hydrochloride is separated by HPLC with chromatographic column packed with Cl8 and PDA detector. The mobile phase is composed of acetonitrile and buffer solution （ mass ratio of K2HPO4 to KH2PO4 is 1.36：0. 13, pH = 6. 8） with volume ratio of 45：55. The detection wave length is at 204 nm. The relative standard deviation is 1.38% and the recovery rate is 99.8%.
