摘　　要：目的检测灵仙通络胶囊对C518大鼠膝关节退变软骨细胞增殖的影响。方法选取了C518大鼠膝关节软骨细胞株,对其进行复苏、培养、诱导退变等处理后,随机分为灵仙通络胶囊组、氨糖美辛组和生理盐水组,并在24 h、48 h、72 h时,用MTT法分别检测不同浓度(2.5%、5%、10%)的灵仙通络胶囊、氨糖美辛和生理盐水对C518大鼠膝关节退变软骨细胞增殖的影响。结果在同一时间点的不同浓度中,各组之间的MTT值都有统计学差异(P<0.01)。在同一时间点的灵仙通络胶囊组、氨糖美辛组中,各浓度之间的MTT值都有统计学差异(P<0.01)。在生理盐水组中,各浓度之间的MTT值都无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论灵仙通络胶囊对C518大鼠膝关节退变软骨细胞有促进增殖的作用,并且细胞对药物浓度有依赖作用。Objective To detect influence of Lingxian dredging collaterals capsules on the degenerative cartilage cells of C518 rat＇s knee joint in proliferation.Methods To recovery, culture, induce degeneration to cartilage cell line that in the C518 rat＇s knee joint. They were randomly divided into Lingxian dredging collaterals capsules group, glucosamine-indometacin group and saline group. At the time of 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours, MTT was used to detect the effect of different concentration （2.5%, 5%, 10%） of Lingxian dredging collaterals capsules, glucosamine-indometacin and saline on the proliferation of degenerative cartilage cells respectively, which were from C518 rat＇s knee joint. Results MTT had significant differences among these groups with different concentration at the same time （P〈0.01）. At the same point of time, MTT of Lingxian dredging collaterals capsules group and glucosamine-indomethacin group had significant difference with different concentration （P〈0.01）. In physiological saline groups, there were not significant differences among different concentration （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Lingxian dredging collaterals capsules could promote the proliferation of degenerative cartilage cells, which were from C518 rat＇s knee joint, and the cells depended on the drug concentration.
