摘  要:提出一种基于光纤表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器的检测法,检测抗感染中药与细胞因子和受体间的相互作用。采用真空热蒸镀法镀双层金属膜制作一种双金属光纤SPR生物传感器,应用直接法完成中药作用机理检测。该传感器具有快速、客观、准确、高效的中药作用机理检测功能,获得了相应数据。光纤SPR生物传感器的应用使得中药作用机理过程的检测具有实时高效的优点,有望在抗感染中药作用的靶点和分子机理研究中取得新的突破。Put forward a detection method based on optical fiber SPR sensor, detect interaction of anti infection traditional Chinese medicine and cytokines and receptors. Vacuum thermal evaporation method is used to plate double layer metal film to fabricate a kind of double metal fiber SPR biosensor, direct method is applied to complete mechanism detection of traditional Chinese medicine. The sensor has working mechanism detection function of traditional Chinese medicine of fast, objective, accurate, and high efficient and corresponding datas are obtained. Application of fiber-optic SPR biosensor makes process detection of working mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine has advantages of high efficient and real time, it is expected to achieve new breakthroughs in target point of anti infection traditional Chinese medicine and molecular mechanism research.
